How to Enroll

Log on to the Cardinal Financial benefits portal at digital.alight.com/cardinalfinancial or the Alight Mobile app (available through the Apple App Store or Google Play) to enroll in your benefits for 2025. The Cardinal Financial benefits portal is accessible via Single Sign On from the Hub Benefits page.

Logging on for the first time? From the Cardinal Financial benefits portal, register as a new user and follow the prompts to provide requested information and set up your username and password.

Following your enrollment, you may still need to take action. If you do, the required follow-ups will appear on a confirmation page.

There are also things you should do to set yourself up for success after you enroll.

In the weeks following your enrollment, you could be asked to complete a short, confidential survey about your enrollment experience. The survey will be sent from an Aon email address. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and help us improve your experience.

Lisa can also connect you with a web chat representative and other helpful resources. For additional support, you can schedule an appointment with a customer service representative through the Cardinal Financial benefits portal. You can also call the Cardinal Financial benefits portal team at 1.833.900.2991 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday.
